APPLE AND PUMPKIN CAKE

I hope you are everybody super well!!!I wanted to share with you this delicious sugar-free recipe, suitable for cold days to eat in front of the fireplace on your favorite armchair while the cold wind blows outside, with a hot cup of tea or a chicory coffee .... since this weather crazy, he thought about it a bit, before making us really feel the warmth of spring, I propose for these last cold days, this delicious Pumpkin and Apple pie ... Naturally the Pumpkin is from my Garden, 3 varieties are born different, all super organic and very colorful ... they are a real blessing for the autumn and winter months, both for these colors that cheer us up, since orange is the color of joy, and for their delicious taste .. ..
So, no more chatter ... take a medium pumpkin, cut it into small pieces not too large, take 2 apples, yellow or red as you like, the yellow ones in my opinion are more suitable to be cooked .... but any type of apple is fine ... put them in a pot to cook over medium heat with a little water to prevent them from attacking, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon, also because you will have to make sure that they come apart ... halfway through cooking, add a nice handful of raisins and cinnamon powder a teaspoon at least .. when they are cooked, mash with a fork or a wooden spoon, until everything is beautifully mixed, put everything in a pan where you first put some baking paper and level the surface with your wooden spoon ... at this point put the pan in the oven and let your cake dry, because this is what it will have to do in the oven ... it must not cook but dry ...
At this point, you can enjoy it both hot and cold, with a spoonful of semi-whipped cream next to it .. and of course place the slice of cake in a triziapic plate. because it will have a completely different flavor ...
